To update on new points within the legal framework for real estate and their impacts on the market in Khanh Hoa, as well as to provide guidance for businesses engaging in real estate transactions, Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) collaborates with Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Khanh Hoa Bar Association, the Khanh Hoa Lawyers' Association, and the Khanh Hoa branch of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to organize a Seminar "Real estate disputes in the context of new legal framework".

LEGAL MANAGEMENT SERIES 2024 (LMS 2024)
LMS 2024 is an annual series of events initiated by Vietnam International Arbitration Center, in collaboration with various partners, aiming to (i) Update information on legal regulations related to prominent market issues; (ii) Guide businesses on appropriate solutions to avoid risks arising during investment and business activities; and (iii) Recommend effective dispute resolution methods. Building on the success of LMS 2023, LMS 2024, with the theme "Legal compliance for adapting to the modern and green economy" focusing on 03 main fields: Real estate, Import - Export and Logistics, Energy with 09 events. The events will last in 3 months from June to September 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces including Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Khanh Hoa, and Binh Thuan.
